Technical Information
enFLOW is perfect for double molded concrete sinks, high performance concrete, self consolidating concrete, precast/prestressed concrete, thin wall panels, low water/cement ratio concrete, and high early strength applications.
MIXING: Typical doses are from .25 oz. to 2 oz. of enFLOW for each 50 lb. bag of enCOUNTER when casting into sink molds. A typical formula may be 68 oz. of water and 1 oz. of enFLOW per bag of enCOUNTER. This represents a 20% water reduction from the normal 85 oz. of water per bag enCOUNTER. You will notice little or no segregation at this rate. Using enFLOW will mean using less water to achieve desired flow characteristics. Run trial batches to determine the appropriate ratios for your particular casting application. enFLOW is especially helpful when casting sinks or wall panels as the enhance flowability results in smooth castings and strength is increased for thin wall pieces. (See Tech Data Sheet for Thin Wall Technology) Run trial batches to determine the appropriate ratios of water and enFLOW for your particular casting application. NOTE: Fritz-Pak NCA (Non-Chloride Accelerator) may be used with enFLOW at a rate of one half to two 5.6 oz. bags of NCA to each bag of enCOUNTER for faster demolding of the sink molds. Please chart all pertinent data: time; temperature; and all admixtures to establish protocol. LIMITATIONS: Use of enFLOW will create difficulty in hand finishing exposed surface. Please note: It is always recommended to test the product in a small, inconspicuous area (on the same concrete substrate) for desired results prior to application. Coverage rates may vary for all coatings and substrates depending on porosity, density, texture etc.
Use water. Dispose of containers in accordance with local and federal regulations.
enFLOW has a shelf life of one year in it’s original, sealed, unopened container.
• Care should be taken to maintain enFLOW above freezing. If frozen, material may not reconstitute.
• Keep out of reach of children!
• Use appropriate personal safety protection gear such as particle masks, eye protection and gloves.
• The statements made within this technical data sheet, SDS, product labels, etc are guidelines only. The end user should always perform tests and product evaluations prior to application to ensure suitability for particular uses.
