SS Specialties Water Based 40 Epoxy is a low VOC clear epoxy sealer that offers exceptional properties previously unavailable with waterborne products. SS Water Based 40 Epoxy is an alternative to acrylic finishes for better wear and chemical resistance over concrete stain or colored concrete.

SS Water Based 40 Epoxy is ideal for dust-proofing concrete and protecting concrete from oil, grease, and automotive fluids. It is highly resistant to hydrostatic delamination. Because of this product’s extremely low odor, it can usually be installed during work hours. SS Specialties Seal-Grip or Get-A-Grip can easily be added as a slip resistant additive. SS Specialties Water Based 40 Epoxy is also used as a primer for SS Specialties waterborne and solvent base urethanes.
