Stone Edge Surfaces Primer 100 is a pre-mixed extreme bonding agent designed to permanently bond any of our overlay mixes to a painted or sealed concrete, linoleum, masonry, plaster, drywall, glass, glazed tile, Styrofoam or adverse substrate.
